Describe bidirectional data flow between the OMNIbus ObjectServer and the TBSM server
Use the Discovery Library Toolkit to create business service models

Configure the Tivoli Enterprise Console (TEC) probe to receive events from TBSM event sources, including Tivoli Enterprise Console and IBM Tivoli Monitoring

Administer users and groups within IBM Tivoli Business Service Manager 4.2 and the IBM Tivoli Netcool Security Manager 3.1 framework
Use and program the RAD Shell Application Programming Interface (API)
Support the Tivoli Business Service Manager 4.2 environment as an administrator, including troubleshooting with log files
Describe the steps necessary to configure a TBSM 4.2 failover server
